We visited this resort during the Christmas holidays. The resort's grounds are amazing, and it is set in a peaceful location. Additionally, there are various activities offered such as lake paddle boats and a bicycle/walking path. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the Italian restaurant on-site, it offered delicious food.
On the contrary, some aspects of the resort left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the staff's service was poor, and it seemed they have a lack of motivation. Secondly, the hot water heater in our room didn't work. Lastly, the pool music started every morning at 8 am, and the volume was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. To conclude, I wouldn't recommend this resort if you want a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and there were many things to do here. The location was perfect, and it was effortless to get around this city. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the breakfast here was delicious.

The grounds were amazing with plenty of activities for all ages, including two pools, a lake with paddle boats, and a fun bicycle/walking path. The Italian restaurant served incredibly delicious food. We also had a large room which was perfect for our stay.
The pool staff played very loud music every morning from 8am, which was pretty annoying. , the process for check-in was quite long and we found it uncomfortable that we had to pay $50 for each lost pool towel.
